Before a paid project starts
Custom development starts with a written agreement. Before paying anything, you will receive:
- The scope of work and what will be delivered
- The payment schedule
- How cancellation works, and how completed work is treated
- Any refund terms that apply
Cancelling or raising a concern
Email solutions@hamnarif.com with your project name, what you want to cancel or change, and why. Please don’t include payment card details. Any refund or amount due is worked out under that project’s agreement and the law that applies.
Your legal rights
Nothing on this page, or in a project agreement, removes rights to a remedy, cancellation or refund that the law gives you.
